Ask us for an account, or be invited by your co-parent or your solicitor. An invitation is an email with a private link. Follow it, choose a password of at least ten characters, and you are set up.
Essential is £4.99 a month, Plus is £7.99 and Complete is £12.99, paid by card through Stripe. You can change plan whenever you like. We never see or store your card details. The other parent does the same with their own login, and is never asked to pay for yours.
Message, agree changes to handovers, log calls, share costs and keep key details in the information bank. Every sign-in needs your password and a six-digit code emailed to you, so a stolen password alone is not enough.
Add a solicitor, mediator or other professional to your case (free). They get read-only access to the record and a message thread with you. Remove them whenever the matter ends.
